We understand and appreciate the fact that you know that the IMF have had troubles lately and this is the reason why we are doing this now to prevent further scandals. One thing you forget Vickie Grant is that your package was orginally registered with Fedex Courier Company and your package tracking number is still activate and this is how we located the package. Am sorry to say this now, your package is on the way back to this country and we are assuring you that your transfer will be done within two hours.
All we require from you is your bank details and we will forward it to diamond bank and we are making a reduction rate of 80% meaning that the imf will help you and pay 80 while you pay the remaining 20.
