Hello friend,
My name is Dr. Henry Ejo Orusa, I am a top official in the Nigerian Government
precisely in the oil sector and also a staunch member of the ruling Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), from the oil rich South South Geo political region. I
believe that this email will be received as a surprise, I want to hope that it
is providence, as I require a rather peculiar business relationship with you
that would be mutually beneficial. The fact is that you and two other people
were the result of my indept search for a foreign contact on the internet
because of many constrains that have to be considered for this purpose.
I have been delegated as a matter of trust by my colleagues, to look for a
foreign partner in a venture that requires an overseas account were we would
transfer some funds into nondesciptly without much ado really, that is the
reason for this email to you. We shall be transfering the money to your account
with you as the beneficiary, under the guise that you are being paid for a
contract which you/your company executed here in our country benefiting the
NNPC, a corporation where I am one of the board member. It would interest you to
know that other top officials are in on this transaction with me.
The fund in question is presently waiting in the Government Account named EXCESS
CRUDE SALES ACCRUALS ACCOUNT at the Central Bank of Nigeria. This account is
funded from the excess crude oil sales made and the difference between the
budgeted prize of the crude and actual cost that is quite a huge difference. We
are therefore mandated and approved to settle Some interventionist contracts. By
virtue of our position as civil servants we cannot acquire this funds in our
name. This is because as top civil servants, we are not allowed by law of the
land to own or operate bank accounts outside our country for now.
My board which is in charge of managing and supervising the disbursement of oil
sales revenues for the Nigerian Government which covers payment to foreign and
local contractors that have executed contracts for our country. The revenue
under our control runs into several hundreds of millions of dollars monthly.
Myself and other colleagues are currently in need of a foreign partner with
whose bank account we shall transfer the sum of Thirty Five Million, Five
Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ($35.5M). This fund was accrued from
various over invoicing of foreign contractor's payments made over the years from
a special account made for the purpose of developing the oil producing area of
the country.
Your percentage will be discussed when you contact me, you must however note
that this transaction with regards to our disposition to continue with you, is
subject to the following terms. First, our conviction of your transparency.
Second, that you treat this transaction with utmost secrecy and confidentiality.
Thirdly, that you assure us that you can handle a transaction of such magnitude
And above all, that you will provide an account over which you have absolute
control preferably a corporate account that can accommodate the sum. This
transaction, although discrete, is legitimate and there is no risk or legal
liability either to ourselves or yourself now or in the future as we have put in
place the neccesary machinery that will ensure a hitch free transaction upon our
agreement to work together.
The anticipated transaction duration is within ten to fourteen (10-14) working
days from the date we reach an agreement and you furnish me with the details
that is needed for us to commence the transaction. Please respond soonest with
