These guys sound like they are desperate scammers.
I called this lady but got no reply. She called back so I told her that I applied to them but they wanted some kind of "APPLICATION FEE".
I told her that in South Africa not institute requires money upfront then she became hostile and said that's how they operate and if I wanted then that's the only way.
I didn't want to tell her that I knew this is a scam but I would like to lead them on a bit more.
Is there any way that these swines can be put behind bars?????
